Thank you for shopping at mh-ae.com. Your satisfaction is our priority — and if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy.

1. Return Window

UAE Orders: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

International Orders: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

Step 1: Email Info@mh-ae.com with your Order Number and reason for return. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos.

Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with confirmation or further instructions.

Step 3: Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within:

• UAE Orders: 5–7 business days

• International Orders: 7–14 business days

3. Shipping & Return Fees

UAE Orders:

We believe in full transparency regarding deductions. Here is exactly what applies:

• Standard (paid shipping) order returned: AED 15 return courier pickup fee + 10% restocking fee deducted from refund.

• Defective, damaged, or wrong item received: Full refund issued, free return pickup arranged, no fees deducted.

Important Note: Free shipping is a benefit applied to orders that are kept in full. Delivery charges are paid directly to our courier partner at the time of dispatch and cannot be recovered once incurred. If a free shipping order is returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Discount & Coupon Orders:

If a discount code or promotion was applied to your order, your refund will be calculated based on the actual amount you paid, not the original item price.

Example: You applied 20% off on an AED 100 order and paid AED 80. If you return an item worth AED 50, your refund will be AED 40, not AED 50.

International Orders:

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• MH-Ae is not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at Info@mh-ae.com.

UAE: We will arrange a free return pickup and issue a full refund including all shipping charges. No restocking fee applies.

International: We will refund the full item cost plus the original shipping charge, and cover the return shipping cost up to AED 50.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, face masks, beauty products, cosmetics, perfumes if opened or seal is broken, gift cards, personalized or customized items.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you require a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order at mh-ae.com.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Re-check your bank account or payment method.

Step 2: Contact your credit card company or bank, as posting can take several additional business days.

Step 3: If you have completed both steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at Info@mh-ae.com and we will resolve it promptly.

MH-Ae reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated in this policy. By completing a purchase on mh-ae.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
