1. UAE LOCAL SHIPPING
We offer fast and reliable delivery across all seven Emirates.
Standard Delivery - Free
Delivery Time: 1-2 business days for all Emirates
Shipping Rate: Free on all orders
Best for: Regular orders when you are not in a hurry
Express Delivery - Fastest
Delivery Time: Same day in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman if ordered before 12 PM. Next day for other Emirates
Shipping Rate: AED 20.00 | Free for orders AED 199 and above
Best for: Urgent orders
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on all UAE orders for added convenience.
Order Tracking: Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive SMS/WhatsApp with courier contact details.
2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar. All international orders are 100% prepaid. COD is not available.
Standard International Delivery
Delivery Time: 5-10 business days after dispatch
Shipping Rate: AED 68.00 flat rate
Customs & Duties: Any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are paid by the customer and are not included in our charges
Best for: Non-urgent international orders
Express International Shipping
Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after dispatch
Shipping Rate: AED 75.00 flat rate
Customs & Duties: Any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are paid by the customer and are not included in our charges
Best for: When you need your order faster
Important for International Orders:
1. Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped
2. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in your country

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on Friday or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery timeline starts after your order is dispatched.
