You may request a Return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

Log in to your MH account and go to orders.
Click on the order you want to apply for a return
On the below click Request return and select the item(s) you wish to return.
Choose a reason and add more details about the issue.
Upload images to support your request.
Select your pickup address.
Review all details and submit your return request.

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
✔ Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
✔ Item must be undamaged and in original condition
✔ All tags and labels must be attached
✔ Item must be returned with original packaging
✔ The product must be the same item received
Items that are used, damaged, missing tags, or not in original packaging will not be accepted for return.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Underwear
• Lingerie
• Swimwear
• Bras
• Socks & tights
• Opened hygiene products
These items are final sale.
👶 Baby Products Return Policy
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following baby products are not eligible for return:
• Diapers and diaper accessories
• Feeding & training accessories
• Hygiene products
• Bath care products
• Medical treatment products
Baby products can only be returned if they are:
✔ Sealed
✔ Unopened
✔ In original packaging
🚚 Return & Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
1️⃣ The product will be picked up or shipped back to our warehouse.
2️⃣ It may take up to 7 days for the item to reach our fulfillment center.
3️⃣ After receiving the product, our team will inspect the item within 2 business days.
4️⃣ Once approved, your refund will be processed, within the estimated payment method time.
💳 Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued through the original payment method.
Estimated refund time:
• Card Payments: 5 – 7 business days
• COD Orders: Refund via store credit instantly.
• Tabby | Tamara Payments: 7 – 10 business days
Refund approval is subject to product inspection.
⚠ Important Return Conditions
MH-AE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the return conditions.
If a return request is rejected:
• The product will be sent back to the customer
• We will attempt delivery two (2) times
If both delivery attempts fail:
• The item will be held at our delivery hub for 3 business days
• Customers must request redelivery within this period
If no request is received within 3 days, the product may be disposed of, and no refund or compensation will be issued.

Can I return items purchased with Cash on Delivery?
- Yes. Refunds for COD orders are processed via store credit.
How long does a refund take?

Do I need the original packaging?
- Yes. All returned items must be sent with original packaging and tags.
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request an order cancellation before the order is shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately with your Order Number.
If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed according to the Refund Policy timelines. The requested cancellation, applicable processing costs incurred at the time of order, will be deducted from the refund if the customer did not contact with customer service or request cancellation.
MH-AE reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
Product unavailability
Pricing errors
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Incomplete customer information
If an order is cancelled by MH-AE, the customer will receive a full refund.
🚚 Refused Delivery Policy (For Cash on Delivery Orders)
Placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) order means the customer agrees to accept the delivery.
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, the following may apply:
• The customer account may be restricted from future COD orders
• Future orders may require prepaid payment only
• Repeatedly refused deliveries may result in order cancellation
If you no longer wish to receive your order, please cancel it before shipment by contacting our customer support team.
📦 Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for return.
Free Returns:
Return shipping will be free of charge if:
✔ The product received is damaged
✔ The product received is incorrect
✔ The product has a manufacturing defect
Customer Paid Returns:
Return shipping may be charged to the customer if:
• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selected by the customer
In such cases, the return requested, delivery and applicable processing costs incurred at the time of order will be deducted from the refund.
📦 Exchange Policy
If you received the wrong size, a damaged item, or an incorrect product, we will gladly offer a free exchange.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
The replacement item will be shipped after the returned product passes inspection.
