• Items are shipped directly from domestic suppliers • Items are shipped directly from international suppliers • Customs regulations, high shipping costs, and supplier restrictions prevent return logistics • Supplier-specific policies may apply (15 days for domestic orders, 30 days for international orders)

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Item
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us by emailing info.mhrgtae@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery:
• Your order number • Clear photos of the item received • A brief description of the problem
We will assess the situation and provide appropriate solutions if applicable.
Important Notes
• Returns will not be accepted after 2 days of delivery • Products used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refunds or exchanges
